Soaltee Crowne Plaza Kathmandu and Fulbari Resort and Spa, Pokhara are the two venues of the NDF 2002 business sessions. For convenience, NDF 2002 delegates are encouraged to book their accommodation in these two hotels. Special prices have been negotiated for delegates for the duration of NDF 2002.

Special arrangements have been made with Necon Air and Buddha Air for air transfers between Kathmandu and Pokhara.
